Full-service catering usually means the caterer handles the entire food side of your event — from menu development and sourcing to table setting and serving staff — rather than just dropping off ready-made dishes.
Almost everything that counts as full-service catering — menu planning, food delivery, tableware, table setting, serving staff, hot beverages, and still water in glass bottles. The only exception is tables and chairs for guests — you provide them, or we can bring furniture for an extra fee.
Yes — catering delivery within Dubai is free, and trips to other emirates cost 300 AED. The format and menu stay the same either way.
Yes, any of our 16 set menus can be adjusted to your preferences — swap out dishes or add new ones. If none of them fit, we’ll build a menu from scratch.
Yes — we plan the menu around your guests’ different dietary preferences. Just let your manager know in advance, and we’ll pick suitable dishes for everyone.
It depends on the menu — our set menus can be booked 2–3 days ahead, and a custom menu needs at least a week’s notice. For events with 100+ guests, we recommend reaching out 2–3 weeks ahead to leave room for a tasting.
